Description
Tree to 20 m. with straight fissured bark. Branches short, horizontal all near upper end of tree. Leaves leathery mid-green, paler beneath. Flowers very sweetly scented. Calyx olive green. Petals white with vertical eccentric staminal disc. Distal end with fleshy yellow staminodes folded over the short orange stamens. Disc otherwise white. Fruit green, operculate. Tree covered in flowers. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
