    Tree 30 m. tall. leaves chartaceous, deep green above, dull green below; flowers fragrant, very handsome; petals shite with maroon-purple over central part with blue-green rays, yellow in center; staminodia yellow; calyx olive green. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
