Description
Canopy tree. Lvs camellia-like in texture; inflorescence axis rose, peduncles rose, deeply rugose & pendant; unopened flw buds green; calyx rose abaxially & rose-cream adaxially; petals rose-cream, hood rose abaxially & rose-cream adaxially; fertile? stamens on hood, pollen yellow; sterile? stamens in ring around gynoecium, cream-colored; w/white pollen; gynoecium not visible except for cream-colored style. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
