Description
6" tree. with greyish ashey bark, red underskin, pink slash, stripping, and pale cream wood, leaves alternate, ovolanceolate to 4"glossy, recurved at tip, flowers cherry coloured, to ¾" across when expanded, fading to an orange colour, in axillary or terminal spikes of 35 buds and 5 flowers. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
