Habitat
Secondary lowland wet forest. dominated by Eperua falcata, Goupia glabra, Euterpe oleracea, Eschweilera spp., Inga spp., and Astrocaryum sciophilum.

Description
Tree, 30.1 cm DBH. flowers ca. 1.5 cm in diameter with corolla pink distally white proximally; staminal hood with pinkish apical appendages. Tag #60. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
