Description
Tree, 45 m x 100 cm. With very high buttresses. Tree in full flower, androecia falling abundantly at 16:15 h. Tree leafless, with signs of new leaves just starting to emerge. Four anterior petals thinner and more constricted at the base than the posterior ones. Claws of anterior petals green on adaxial surface, purple on abaxial surface, the posterior petals purple on outside, green on inside. Ligule greenish-white with dark pink around margin and on inside towards attachment with the hood, the hood pink on inside and around the margin on the outside, the apex white. Flowers and fruits from the ground. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
