Collected during high water by boat along banks of Río Torre.

Description
Tree, 7 m, bending over the river. Fruits green; operculum splitting to reveal 4 shiny dark brown seeds; seeds reticulated with light brown, with fleshy cream-colored aril. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
