Habitat
Terra firme forest, lower slope of hill (near igarapé).

Description
Tree, 10 m x 25 cm. Bark mid-brown, smoothish. Slash: outer wood reddish, inner white. Flowers white with yellow anthers, and a strong, moderately pleasant odour. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
