Steep roadside slopes along edge of premontane cloud forest.

Description
Terrestrial shrub to 3 m tall, with stem base to 10 cm diam. Calyx green. Corolla green, the lobes white-pilose within. Berry turning purple. Locally common. [Pickled; wood].
