Habitat
Flat to very gently rolling, sandy clay soil. Brushy with remnant trees, edges of pasture and dirt road to southwest, former tropical evergreen forest, with Croton matourensis, Abarema jupunba.

Description
Tree 10 m tall. Fruit green, then pale yellowish, perfectly globose, not at all asymetrical; pulp whitish, sweet, with very pleasant taste, edible.
