Habitat: Altitude 900 feet. In gallery
forest between two water channels; *Pandanus*
present but small and scattered; canopy
height c.60 ft., *Eucalyptus deglupta* emerg-
ing to 100-120 feet.
Annot. Small scraggly tree, height
30 feet. Leaves dark green on upper
surface; light yellow-green on lower
surface. Fruit yellow-green (immature);
calyx-lobes persistent, cream-coloured;
brown ring at base of calyx; style
persistent.
