Mixed Dipterocarp forest, associates include: Shorea,
Hopea, Myristica, Elaeocarpaceae. Red Clay soil.
Morphology:
Tree 14 m tall, 21 cm dbh. Outer bark grey, inner bark
cream. Wood cream. Leaves leathery, smooth, shiny
above. Flower bud green, filament white, anthers and
stigma yellow. Newly disturbed primary forest, open area.
