height 40 feet, d.b.h. 7 inches. Bark
grey-purple with closely spaced shallow
fissures; lenticels uniformly scattered
but prominent. Blaze orange-brown.
Wood straw. Exudate absent. Odour
fruity. Leaves dark yellow-green above;
light yellow-green below. Fruit yellow-
green with red flush. Local name Naura.
