Habitat:	Lowland	rain	forest	on	gentle
slope.
AnP,?JL- Tree; height 70 feet; bole
30 feet; d.b.h. 12 inches. Bark red-
brown, flaky, w/o lenticels.
Inner bark and blaze red. No distinct
odour* Wood cream. Watery red-orange
exudate present. Upper surface of
leaves dark yellow-green. Slight
odour. Fruit light brown; seed brown
with red net aril. Local name Krrul.
