    A climber along small tree trunk; stem ½ inch thick, yellow-ish gray, branched all along the host or support; the branchlets crooked, lax light gray, the twiglets ascending; leaves coriaceous, strongly recurved, dull green above, much lighter green beneath, coriaceous; infrutescence dark red, mainly clustered along the branchlets.
