Ipomoea

N-facing slope, brushy vegetation with scattered larger trees
of Tipuana tipu, Schinopsis marginata. On shale and
sandstone, with bedding planes at the same angle as the
slope, forming “lajas” with some bare rocky exposures.
Vine over shrubs. Calyx lobes swollen and fleshy. Corolla
pink-purple, darker in the throat.
