Shrub, stems becoming long, arching;
leaves leathery, somewhat convex, shiny,
grass-green, calyx green; corolla
delicate pink, cream coloured at basal
?J-; stamens 10, anthers golden-brown.
Collected for growing only 9 June 1968
by P Woods, no. 1731.

Potted shrub with spreading branches
to 2 m long. Calyx green, the lobes
appressed, markedly constricted
^-way up the tube. Corolla pink,
paler at the base and with pale edges
to the lobes, 5* 1«8 cm fresh.
Style exserted to c. 14 mm. Corolla
lobes reflexed. Very close to D.amoena,
differing in tomentum white, not rufus,
the very long connection and the marked
constriction between the calyx tube
and limb.
