Vaccinium
Common high epiphyte in 'beech forest; shrub
attaining almost tree proportions; leaves dark,
smooth & shining above, dull & much paler below;
flowers & pedicels a smooth, shining red (few
flowers open).
Eastern Highlands District: Mt. Otto, south slopes, alt. 2680 m.
