Fruits round, about the size of softball. Creamy white dense flesh. Unusual leaf, entire with tip rounded with small lobes upper 1/4 giving it a scalloped appearance. Young leaves often have often have a single lobe or pair of lobes. Very dark, leathery, brittle blade with yellow veins. Many stiff long white hairs on upper veins. Underside very rough. Tree -7 m.
