Matiu Lolota’s land. Neighbor to south of Tavana family compound. Approximately 200
m inland, in yard of family fale palagi, next to small, thatched fale. Matiu Lolota’s land
Fruits small, oblong with stout stalk inserted into distinctive raised neck with two rows of
raised, elongated sections. Heavy producer with 3-4 fruits per branch. Few seeds. Male
inflorescence short (-10 cm). Leaves narrow, symmetrical, moderately dissected with 3-4,
mostly three pairs of close, overlapping lobes with very undulate margins, Some leaves
have three lobes on one side, four on the other. Dark, glossy, smooth blade with green
veins. Underside very rough with numerous short hairs on all surfaces: sticks to clothing.
Tree "9m with two trunks branching near base, DBH 20, 17.5 cm.
