BREADFRUIT OF THE PACIFIC ISLANDS Unknown Anocarpus altilis Parkinson (Fosberg) MORACEAE Kosrae Tofol Kosrae Agriculture Station breadfruit collection. Growing beside stream on opposite bank across from Mei tehid (Ragone 587a) behind main building. Collection planted in the 1970s under the direction of Critin Philips. No fruits. Small leaves moderately dissected with two pairs of lobes and a large, asymmetrical tip. Some leaves have one lobe on one side, two on the other. Glossy dark-green with green veins. No to few medium-length white hairs on upper veins. Large tree, -1 m diameter, height 12 m.
