(Araliaceae) Schefflera Peru: Depto. Cajamarca. Road from La Coipa (off Ruta 5N, halfway from San Ignacio and Jaen) to Tabaconas (via Paya, Charape, Tamborapa, and Pampa de Limón) and Huancabamba. S 05° 21’ 32.0"; W 79° 02' 21.5”; 1623 m elev. Moderately branched, terrestrial tree, 6 m tall, growing in remnant patch of forest along roadside of heavily impacted area. Buds and staminate-phase flowers pale green; anthers cream to pale yellow; disc pale green; secondary axes = 4; ligules large, drying and caducous when mature. DNA, digital images.
