Description
Epiphytic shrub. Stems few, widely scattering, crooked, sparingly rebranched, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, terete; wood tough and hard, dingy white, bark smooth, light gray on the stem, deep brown on the branchlets, dull brown except the epidermis; ascending petioles reddish brown; leaves heavy and rigidly coriaceous, ascending or descending, folded, apex recurved, paler beneath; infrutescence ascending, green except the exposed side which turns brownish. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
