The New Yqrk Botanical Garden Mo raceme Artocarpus altilis (Parkinson) Fosberg Det. N.C. Zerega, 2000 Federated States of Micronesia: Pohnpei. U Province, Awak village, in northern Pohnpei. In the garden of Mark Kostka. Tree -10-15m. Leaves glabrous, sparse reddish hairs on veins below, colorless hairs on veins above. Veins lime green above. Fruit oblong, 30cm x 10cm, surface light green, bumpy. Fruit flesh whitish, turning rusty on exposure to air, seedless, flowers loosely packed. White latex throughout. This is a late season variety.
