KOSRAE: Malem Municipality, along main road between Utwe and Malem,
vicinity of Yeseng. Agroforest and secondary swamp forest with Hibiscus
tiliaceus, Cocos, Musa, and Derris elliptica.
Tree 6 m high, trunk 50 cm diam., reclining, branches and twigs spiny. Calyx
green basally, red distally, petals and stamens red. Fruits green with brown
taomenbum.
