3.7 km west of Sayulapa, on highway to Cd Guzman. Common (?) along roadside at base
of dry rockcut, with Opuntia, Agave, Cheilanthes bonariensis, Cheilanthes kaulfussii,
Notholaena brachypus, Dryopteris, Woodsia mollis, Pellaea cf. cordifolia, etc.
2009-August-16. N19.64141 W103.67136 +/-7m. WGS 84. 1943 m elevation.
Duplicates: 3, to: MEXU, NY, UT. Collected CJR3198 (light purple flowers, small fruits, fuzzy leaves) and
3199 (white flowers, big fruit, less fuzzy) as a single collection, and only realized that they might be different
species when they were being prepared for pressing.
