Habitat
Sclerophyll. Allocasuarina torulosa, Backhousia myrtifolia, Syncarpia glomulifera, Eucalyptus pellita (red mahogany). Solitary. On soil.

Description
Pileus 3.5 cm broad, plano-convex, dry, subtomentose, dark brown (7F8,7,6), even at margin. Flesh white, with mild odor and taste, barely and slowly changing to a very pale pinkish (more obvious in stipe). Tubes adnexed, yellowish white (4A2), unchanging, with pores a reddish golden brownish orange (a raw sienna) (6C-D7). Stipe 6 x 1 cm, equal but tapered at base, curved, dry, conspicuously reticulate half way, then subpruinose below, with back ground yellowish white to very pale ochraceous, with pruina and reticulum brown, basal mycelium white.
