Elev. 1850 m 24° 48' 19.1" N, 98° 31' 39.8" E SE facing 10-30° slope Subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest Disturbed by felling. Secondary forest dominated by Lithocarpus, Schima, Machilus, and Helicia. Epiphytic shrub 60-70 cm tall. Inflorescence pendulous. Occasional. Growing in forest. On bark of living trees on decomposed granite.
