2-3 km. northwest of town of Curimagua. Approx.
11°11'30"N., 69o41'00"W. Alt. 1200 - 1400m.
Weak treelet 5 m. tall at edge of forest. Leaves
rubbery, shiny, medium to dark green on both sur-
faces. Immature fruits globose, green. Pistillate
plant. See #13392 for staminate.
