to Paurito. 17°50’S, 62°57’30"W. alt. 345 m.
Flat Chaco scrub forest, mostly 5-10 m. tall, with
much in vicinity cleared for fields and pastures.
Ruprechtia triflora, Diplokeleba floribunda, Tabebuia
nodosa, Anadenanthera macrocarpa, Ceiba samauma.
Shrub 3 m. tall. Fruit green. This is not
Margaritaria nobilis L.f. which has flattened twigs
and very distichous leaves.
