veins pink; sepals green/pink, disc red, ovary
green/burgundy; roots conical, surface color
orange-brown, inner skin pink, pulp yellow.
n.v.: yapamam (yam=majas)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
'Masato' (cassava beer).
