NEW YORK BOTANICAL GARDEN
Guangdong Province, Shenzhen sub-Province (formerly Boan Xian),
Pingshan Jiedao: ESE of the city of Shenzhen proper and SE of
Pingshan-zhen at Maluan Shan Countryside Park. 22°39'7"N,
114°18'34"E; 165 m. Hills with rock outcrops. Severely damaged
broadleaved evergreen forest; a few remnant trees and tall shrubs
mostly on slope along stream and in thickets at edge clearings with tall
(&gt;2 m) grasses, the few remaining trees mostly less than 10 m tall.
Edge of forest in thicket along road. Stems twining, ca. 2 m tall. DNA
material available.
