50-80ft. Many small trees & shrubs below, incl-
uding palms & tree ferns« Moderately dense
ground layer incl. many ferns. Epiphytes comm-
on, incl. Anthurium roraimense. Philodendron,
& bryophyte cover to é:i thick.
Min. temp. 58 1 Un» 76 F. Rain predominantly
during darkness. Soil a humus-rich sand, over
parent sandstone rock 4-6 w down.
