Description
spore length: 7.5 - 10 microns; spore width: 5.5 - 6.5 microns; spore shape: ovate-elliptic; spore texture: smooth; spore color: clear; spore print color: white. Also called Yellow Patches. Dr. Methven's annotations show that the basidiospores are amyloid. Close examination by Dr. Methven (see annotation above) combined with the 2015 DNA analysis confirmed that this specimen is Amanita flavoconia.
