The New York Botanical Garden Plants of BOLIVIA Euphorbiaceae Acalypha diversifolia Jacq. det. M. Nee, 1999 Depto. Santa Cruz: Prov. Ichilo, 6.5 km SW of highway at San Germán. 17°30’S, 64°15’W alt. 280 m. Level area with some Salix humboldtiana, Guadua chacoensis, Coussapoa ovalifolia, Urera laciniata, brushy remnants of tropical evergreen forest. Weak-branched shrub 2.5 m. tall. Spikes hanging, the male portion yellow-green, the few female flowers at the base of each spike with green bract, inconspicuous. Coll.: M. Nee 50354 30 Oct. 1999 03907462
