margins, with gray crossbands on outside surface
alternating with dull green, within dull green; scape
pink with white; bracts of scape coral-rose; rachis pale
coral above; corolla yellow-green; calyx glaucous-green.
Granitic outcrops and ledges along rapids.
Rio Toro (Rio Grande), between Rio La Refonna and Puerto Rico,
north of El Palmar, alt. 200-250 m.
