GUYANA. Cuyuni-Mazaruni. Imbaimadai, white sand savanna on west
side of airstrip. 507 m. 5°42'30.8"N 60°18'5.4"W. Grades from drier and
recently burned areas to wetter swales and small run on middle with shrub
fringe,. Erect herb. Leaves ascending, stem burgundy. Calyx green,
corolla violet. Filaments burgundy, anthers white. Silica sample.
