with Mazaruni River to impassible rapids 1 mi. up Partang (mouth
5°41'21.5"N, 60*1711.1"W, 493m; to rapids 5041'46.1"N,
60°16'41.4"W, 495m). 495 m. 5°41'46.1"N 60° 16'41.4"W. Riparian
downriver; scrub forest and rocky outcrops and bluff upriver; white sand
and laterite,. Shrub to 3m. Inflorescence with colored nectaries visited by
hummingbirds. Flowers in bud. Silica sample.
