throughout river; 2.75 miles N of base camp.

Gallery forest on mixed brown/white sand. Fabaceae,
Malpighiaceae, Lecythidaceae, Vochysiaceae and Rubiaceae
dominant trees. Tree, 3 m tall overhanging creek. Fruiting
specimen only but some with early bud. Inffuct. axillary. Fruit an
inflated legume, green.
