Description
Epiphytic stem clasping on an Alder in secondary growth thickets. No or few aerial roots. Shoots soft-wooded, but tough. Latex greenish white, tacky. This tree is grown on the ridge apaprently as a shade tree in the village, and is now almost bare. The specimen collected, which is in full foliage, may be wild .
