5°20’N, 58°40’W. Elev. 100 - 200 m. Mixed Eperua
and Mora forest on red sand; swampy forest. Also
Mora forest on bauxitic loams. Subshrub 0.75 m;
calyx green except lobes maroon; corolla white.
Filaments white; anthers maroon.
