GUYANA. Cuyuni-Mazaruni. Aruwai Falls, Mazaruni river approaching
falls from above. 239 m 6°20'0.1"N 60°34'48.4"W. Forest on rocks, sandy
areas around river. Palms, aquatic herbs, trees with epiphytes, lithophytes.
Tree overhanging river. Syconia borne in clusters of 1-3, axillary, green
becoming purple. White milky latex in all plant parts.
