Vegetation: disturbed bosque humedo.
Scandent shrub clambering up in bosque understorey; leaves coriaceous,
yellow-green; inflorescence rhachis cream, pedicels rose-pink, calyces
fleshy, dark rose-pink, corollas fleshy, dark rose-pink with white
apices; pedicels of developing fruits paler pink, fleshy berries glaucous
grey-green.
