Common Name Physic Not/Nut, Purger Not, Purge Not, Gopher Wood (biblical
connotation)
Description	Tall tree with green fruits. Vegetation exudes a whitish watery sap
when cut.
Location/Habitat Old Bight, in the backyard of Raida Williams, which is just north-east of
the Pass Me Not Bar. Disturbed back yard area.

Uses/Comments
Said to bleed red (sap turns red) every good Friday. Sap is obtained and
gargled for a sore throat or rubbed in a babies mouth for "Trash" (Thrush
or Candidiasis). One reported boiling branches with Mistletoe to drink for
abortions.
