BOSQUE DE PINOS--ENCINOS. Forest of Quercus spp.,
Pinus, Alnus acuminata ssp. arguta, on very steep
slopes above huge cliffs, with Ericaceae dominant in
some patches on steep narrow ridges.
Shrubs to 3 m. tall. Scales brownish. Fruit dry and
brown.
