Habitat
Steep slopes with remnant cloud forest. Two plants seen.

Description
Terrestrial shrub with branches to 3 m. Rhachis & pedicels cream colored, heavily suffused with pink; calyx dark pink; corolla basal 1/2 dark rose grading into white at limb & lobe. Hollow portion of stems housing ants. Plants visited by hovering black bees which were boring into the basal portion of the corolla.
