Description
Viney shrub with branches to 2 m long; leaves dark green above, light green beneath; pedicels green suffused with red; calyx & lower 4/5 of corolla red, upper 1/5 white; immature fruits green. Mature fruit purple. Plants arising from swollen tubers.
