Description
Pileus 3-4 cm broad, dry, matted subtomentose, convex 6C8 at margin, 5C4 elsewhere. Flesh white, slowly avellaneous when exposed. Tubes adnate, 6C4, avellaneous when injured; pores concolorous, staining likewise, angular, up to 1 mm broad. Stipe eccentric, 2-4 cm long, 1-1.5 cm broad, dry, pale brown pruinose ridged on white ground, tapering downward.
