Wakulla County: shrub, very abundant in wet
pine flatwoods, Apalachicola National Forest, by
forest road 113, 1.3 miles S of its jet. with
Fla Rd 267, generally W of Wakulla and S of
Tallahassee. Plants at this location from 1-3
m tall, the place control burned infrequently
and apparently not recently. Some associates:
Myrica cerifera, Ilex glabra, I. coriacea, Hype-
ricum microsepalum, Serenoa repens, Agalinls sp.
