FLORIDA, WAKULLA COUNTY: St. Mark’s Wildlife Refuge,
Panacea Unit, off County Rd. 372 which runs from U. S. Rt. 98
at the Ochlockonee Bay Bridge to U. S. 319 at Sopchoppy.
In longleaf pineland, on lower part of gentle slope of ridge and
close to a pineland pond. Growing thoroughly intermixed with G.
mosieri, G. dumosa, Vaccinium myrsinites, V. darrowi, Ilex
Glabra, Quercus minima. Plant 2-6 dm tall, occasional one
somewhat taller. Fruits glaucous.
